Since 2011, we’ve been acting as Landlord surveyors to Melbury Court RTM Company on three mansion blocks containing 48 apartments at Melbury Court in Kensington, London. These works have included:
- Replacement of communal boilers
- Installation of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
- Fire safety improvement works
- Cyclical external and internal repair and redecoration works
- Upgrading finishes to common areas
