We were instructed to manage the conversion of a 50,000ft² redundant warehouse in Bermondsey Street, a conservation area in London, into the largest private modern art gallery in Europe. Managing the project from inception to completion, we provided quantity surveying, building surveying and dispute resolution services to our client, successfully completing the project on schedule and winning the RIBA National Award 2012 and a commendation at the AIA UK 2012 Excellence in Design Awards.
